Finance BP (Management Accountant)

Job Description

About the role: The Finance BP (and Management Accountant) team supports the full process of Budget Management, including forecasting, review and approval, implementation, tracking and monitoring, settlement, efficiency analysis, performance recap, and risk control, to assist the team on both strategy decision-making and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

– Management Reporting: Participate in monthly closing for management reporting. Organize business and accounting data. Prepare multi-dimensional management reporting financial statements and explain budget-to-actual variances.

– Projections and Budget: Assist in collecting and producing financial projections and budgets, ensuring forecasts and models are reasonable and accurate.

– Analysis and Research: Conduct deep-dive analysis and external market research, providing insights to the business team.

– Finance Process Review: Review contract, procurement, and settlement applications, ensuring accuracy and controlling potential risks.

– Master Data Maintenance: Maintain and update budget accounts, cost centres, and other financial master data, and keep the budget system current.

Minimum Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.

– 2-3 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.

– Strong learning ability; able to work independently with attention to detail under pressure.

– Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.

– Mandarin speaker.

Preferred: High-growth tech start-up, e-commerce, or MNC experience; strong Excel skills; working knowledge of Hyperion, SQL, or Python.

Job Type: Fixed-term contract (12 months). Location: London (in person).
