Job Description
We are seeking qualified Secondary teachers in a range of subjects to work within our tuition partnership, providing face-to-face educational support and guidance to students. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, be an experienced classroom teacher and possess strong communication skills. We are a small and friendly team working in a lovely educational setting with hard-working students and supportive families. Duties
– Provide one-on-one and paired tutoring sessions to students
– Plan engaging lessons based on students’ needs
– Assist students in understanding subjects and improving academic performance
– Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
– Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other tutors on the team
– Create a positive and engaging learning environment
Requirements
– Qualified Teacher Status
– Experience in classroom teaching and tuition
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for education and helping students succeed
